Egyptian COC/COi certification
The program, initiated by Egypt's GOEIC (General Organization of Export and Imports Control), covers all textile and leather products imported into Egypt to ensure that they meet relevant Egyptian standards and regulations.

Egypt COC/COi certified product range
Textile products: including yarns and fabrics used in garments, home textile furniture, carpets, other textile accessories such as sewing threads, etc. (Note: button pullers/belts/shoulder pads, etc., are not covered by the Act.)
Leather: natural leather, synthetic leather, shoes and their parts, handbags, etc

Egyptian COC/COi certification application process
1. The exporter shall submit the Egyptian COC application documents before shipment, including:
1) Pictures of product styles
2) Invoice and Packing List (Invoice & Packing List)
3) COC Application Form

2. Sampling test according to relevant GOEIC requirements

3. After passing the test, apply for inspection

4. After passing the inspection, the exporter submits the final documents to apply for certification
