Morocco COC Certification Project Introduction:

In order to ensure the entry of safe and reliable products into the Moroccan market, the Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Trade and Economy (MICEVN), in accordance with Law No. 09-24, Decree No. 212-02 and Decree No. 13-3873, has determined that the Certification of Compliance (VOC) program will begin on February 1, 2020.


The Certification of Conformity (VOC) program requires that goods on the list of controlled products must hold a certification of conformity to prove that the product complies with national quality and safety regulations.

Since the control list of Morocco has been increasing, please timely communicate with us to check whether the product is under control before certification.


We will issue COC certificate for controlled products and VOC certificate for non-controlled products.
Document Requirements:
1. Proforma invoice and packing list
2. Product test report
3. Product photos
4. Fill out the application

Inspection requirements:
Requirements for product label, nameplate or shipping mark

Must have CMIM logo, minimum height 6mm.
Product name (must be in Arabic)
Model Number (English)
Name and Address of Manufacturer
Name and address of buyer (must be in Arabic)
MADE IN CHINA (also IN Arabic)
Electrical products need to have electrical parameters (Arabic)
voltage
current
frequency
power

Verify and issue certificates:

After the completion of the inspection, the issuing authority will compare the documents and the inspection report provided by the trader. If qualified, an electronic COC certificate of conformity will be issued.
